Basement Finishing
Finshing basements is what we do the most. Our basement finishing process works something like:
We meet at your home where you tell us what you want in your basement, what you will use it for, and layout ideas. We will then prepare a quotation with material and/or layout options as they may have presented themselves during initial meeting. Once description of work is finalized, a written quotation complete with construction schedule is presented, and if accepted, copies of a simple work agreement will be prepared for both parties.
Work is completed to our usual high standard and on schedule. Work area is cleaned every day making it safe for you to inspect. Communication will be kept on-going, as questions regarding design and finishes often arise.
Final payment received only after project completed and the customer is satisfied.
Individual Services
Wall Construction (framing, insulation, vapour barrier and drywall)
Ceilings - drywall and suspended acoustic (t-bar)
Flooring - hardwood, laminate and ceramic
Finish Carpentry - doors and frames, casings, baseboard, cove and specialty trims
Millwork - custom cabinets, wall panelling

Additions / New Construction We have designers available to assist with making your dream home a reality. We are experienced with building permit requirements and applications. We even have financing available if required.
Project Management & Coaching We offer project management services such as overseeing work performed by other contractors, and acting as owner's representative. Budgeting, scheduling, coordinating trades and running site meetings are all part of our project management services.
We are also available for coaching / instruction for individual homeowners who want the savings of "doing it themselves" but want an expert on site to make sure it's done right.
